Tongue Tied - Jemi Story - [[Season 2]] Chapter 24
Chapter 24 Demi bit her lips, trying to ignore the intense sting in her burning cheek. She heard her Dad's breathing go heavy. "Don't you fucking lie to me!" "I wasn't." Demi croaked and winced with regret. He got on top of her, pinning her down. He grabbed her shoulders harshly. "So, If I look out that fucking window no one will be there?" He gathered something in his mouth and spat it on her. As he walked away, her lip quivered. She heard him slam her door shut. She let out the tears that unfolded from behind her eyelids. Ever since she was with Joe she found it completely impossible to hide her feelings the way she used to. She became like an open book. And she hated it. Demi's eyes fluttered open when she felt a sour taste in her mouth ...
